Rhonda Renfro of Vallejo's Club Stride on Tuesday was named Solano County's Woman of the Year by U.S. Rep. Mike Thompson, based on nominations from across the Fifth Congressional District, his office announced.
In February, Thompson accepted nominations for his annual awards honoring women who make an impact in our community.
For third straight year, Solano County Woman of the Year is from Vallejo
