In commemoration of National Crime Victims' Rights Week, April 2-8, the Solano County District Attorney's Office and the Solano County Family Justice Center invite everyone to participate in two free events - one on April 4 and one on April 6 - to honor victims of crime and all those who advocate on their behalf, organizers announced.
