Vallejo's Sutter Solano Medical Center was one of 21 affiliates within Sutter Health's network which earned recognition as a "Leader in LGBTQ Healthcare Equality" by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation Sutter officials announced.
The foundation is the educational arm of one of the country's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer civil rights organizations.
