AMERICAN CANYON >> Despite skepticism from some Napa County transportation authorities, a special meeting to discuss ways to improve traffic flow through American Canyon is planned for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall.
The city's 2013 visioning process, which informed its first Strategic Plan, included the goal of improving the city's significant traffic issues, and city officials plan to find ways to do that despite anyone's doubts, Public Works Director Jason Holley said in a statement.
