BENICIA >> The Public Works Department has announced extensive maintenance projects for Benicia's wastewater treatment plant.
The Capital Improvement Project is being funded by approved rate increases that began taking effect on Nov. 1, 2016.
The total estimated costs for the upgrades and maintenance are at $2,110,150.
