AMERICAN CANYON >> City officials here have long known that dangerous conditions exist for anyone crossing Highway 29 at Rio Del Mar, and some sort of fix may soon be getting under way, city officials said Thursday.
The issue came up again at Tuesday's council meeting, when former mayoral candidate Doug Lindsey asked what interim solutions might be offered for the problem.
