Two incidents - about 10 minutes apart - at the American Canyon Safeway store on Wednesday resulted in two Vallejo people being arrested, Napa County Sheriff's Office Capt. Steve Blower said.
The first episode unfolded at about 10:11 a.m., when a woman, later identified as Robin Doran, 27, a Vallejo transient, entered the Safeway and allegedly tried taking several cases of Red Bull and Infamil without paying, Blower said.
