Kaiser Permanente again ranks highest in customer satisfaction, study finds

For the tenth consecutive year, Kaiser Permanente received the highest ranking for customer satisfaction among California health plans, according to the J.D. Power 2017 Member Health Plan Study, Kaiser officials announced.

Kaiser outperformed all other California health plans, scoring 780 points on a 1,000-point scale, 64 points above the average statewide score, and 64 points more than the next highest ranked health plan, they said.
