AMERICAN CANYON >> After years of waiting, American Canyon residents finally saw Kimberly Park get a makeover last year, but after just a few months, already there are complaints.
At Tuesday's city council meeting, longtime resident Matt Stewart said that while "98 percent of Kimberly Park is great, the turf is not working.
