The American Red Cross presented the Clara Barton Honor Award for Meritorious Volunteer Leadership to Alzinia Pailin of Fairfield, organization officials announced.
"This once-in-a-lifetime award aims to recognize volunteer leaders who have made significant contributions in leadership roles over a long period of time," they said.
