If you're a Solano County adult searching for ways to make a difference, Solano County Public Health "needs 20 unique men and women to be trained as coaches to facilitate free Healthier Living chronic disease self-management workshops," officials announced.
"An ideal candidate to lead a Healthier Living workshop is an enthusiastic adult who is committed to helping others and who may have a chronic disease, or cares for someone with a chronic disease, or works with chronic disease in the healthcare field," Solano Public Health, Health Education Manager Robin Cox said.
