Napa County gets $250,000 in state funding for farm worker housing

NAPA >> Napa County's farm worker housing got a $250,000 shot in the arm Tuesday after Gov. Jerry Brown signed the state budget, county officials said.

"Because of the relentless advocacy and leadership of Assemblymember Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, Senator Bill Dodd, and our wine industry partners, we can continue providing safe and affordable housing for Napa County farm workers," Napa County Board of Supervisors chair Belia Ramos said in a statement.
