A Vallejo man was in custody Sunday after allegedly running a woman over in a parking lot Sunday, a Vallejo Police Department spokesman said.
Witnesses called police about 6 p.m. to report a man in a dispute with a woman in the parking lot of the Home Depot on Admiral Callaghan Lane, Lt. Kent Tribble said.
