With Friday's campaign statement deadline, it is known that incumbent Mayor Leon Garcia has raised and spent about twice what challenger Douglas Lindsey has.

And in the contest for two open City Council seats, incumbent Joan Bennett, 77, has out-fundraised and outspent all three challengers by a significant margin.
