Two major open space areas' improvement projects are set to move forward at Tuesday's City Council meeting as council members consider awarding contracts for work on the Newell Open Space Preserve and the Clarke Ranch master plan.
Council members are expected to consider a $52,623 contract with Questa Engineering Corp.
