A large number of Napa County registered voters are evidently confused by the ballots that are arriving in the mail, so county officials want to clear that up, according to an announcement.
The 66,383 official ballots for the Nov. 8 Presidential Election that are arriving in mailboxes this week appear to be causing some confusion among voters based on phone calls and visits to the Election Division, Registrar of Voters John Tuteur said.
