Phase one of a two-phase project creating a mixed-use shopping plaza where the old Cadillac dealership-turned homeless encampment once was, is complete, in Vallejo with the opening of the new Arco station and mini-mart on Sonoma Boulevard at Yolano Drive.
And it's already seeing customers.
Aaron Dan of Lockehouse Retail Group, the leasing agent for what will eventually be the new Yolano Plaza, said "a larger retail component" for outside the gas station, is still being sought.
