It's about wine, about strolling, about lights in the trees in downtown Vallejo.
The 5th Annual Wine Stroll, planned for 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, is also about Vallejo's growing art scene; downtown's changing atmosphere, and lights -- did I mention lights?
The Downtown Arts & Entertainment Advisory Council and Fred Menard of Indian Alley Antiques are producing the event, proceeds from which go towards tree lighting and the general beautification of downtown Vallejo, Menard said.
