Nick Bhatt, now of American Canyon, turned his back on an aerospace career three years ago in favor of coffee and baked goods.
The 27-year-old Illinois native and his wife of 2 ½ years, Madhvi, along with his sister and her family, are the newly minted Dunkin' Donuts franchise owners for the area including Napa, Solano, Marin and Sonoma counties.
