The Vallejo Chamber of Commerce has hired James Cooper, President and CEO of the American Canyon Chamber of Commerce, to replace its own President and CEO, Rich Curtola, who retires at the end of the year.
"I'm very excited. We're really lucky," Vallejo chamber board member Carol Larson said.
