U.S. Rep. Mike Thompson (D-St. Helena) on Thursday released a statement urging those whose property was destroyed in the recent fires to submit "right-of-entry" forms to receive free debris removal services from the Army Corps of Engineers.
"Debris cleanup is the first and often an expensive hurdle for many people who return to a burned down home.
