NAPA >> Napa County Supervisors Belia Ramos and Alfredo Pedroza were elected Tuesday to the Latino Caucus of California Counties Executive Committee during the 123rd annual California State Association of Counties annual meeting in Sacramento.
It is the first time two Napa County supervisors have been named to the caucus, Napa County officials said.
