AMERICAN CANYON >> Development in the city has increased so much that the contractor hired to do its development engineering has nearly burned through its entire budget, so staff is asking to add $70,000 to it at Tuesday's city council meeting.
The 6:30 p.m. public session at City Hall is also set to include a presentation on the city's Affordable Housing Local Preference Policy.
