NAPA >> Thursday is the deadline to submit a Right of Entry form to participate in the Government Debris and Ash Removal Program, Napa County officials said.
The ROE form grants Napa County, the State of California and the federal government the right to enter your property for purposes of inspecting, testing materials, removing and clearing all residential structural debris, waste, and other materials.
