Vallejo native Randy Larson said he thinks he's hit on the future of building - and an answer to the homeless problem in Vallejo and other cities - all while recycling something that's outlived its original use.
Larson's Transport Products, Unlimited, Inc. and several dozen of his closest friends, recently celebrated the grand opening of a tire shop in Alameda he built with his recycled cargo containers.
