Father of disabled American Canyon child raises concern about lack of proper sidewalks, curbs

AMERICAN CANYON >> Anthony Krager said he discovered a problem when he took his daughter trick-or-treating on Halloween this year.

The nearly three-year resident said he set out to take his 9-year-old daughter, Faith, who has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair, around town to collect goodies on Halloween, only to be stymied by the city's lack of curb ramps.
