American Canyon >> An apparent impasse over contract negotiations with interim American Canyon City Manager Jason Holley means the city will be without a new city manager until at least Friday.
Holley, the city's former Public Works Director, was set to be officially named to the post - with his salary revised - at Tuesday's city council meeting, but closed session negotiations were suspended to conduct regular business.
