AMERICAN CANYON >> After postponing the final decision on the matter until Friday partly because one City Council member was absent from Tuesday's meeting, council members officially offered the City Manager's job and a three-year contract to Jason Holley, its former Public Works Director who has been serving as interim.
It's official -- Holley appointed American Canyon City Manager
