AMERICAN CANYON >> The American Canyon Family Resource Center, the main nonprofit in a city with few of them, is on the ropes and in danger of closing, its executive director said.
"Our families need these resources," Center volunteer and former client Rhonda Zuniga said at Tuesday's council meeting.
