A 33-year-old San Pablo man was in Napa County custody Saturday after the American Canyon Police Department allegedly found him in a parking lot, smoking weed, and drinking alcohol, all with a slew of stolen merchandise and a loaded gun in his car, police said.
Keith Alvin Davis was found with 11 purses, seven wallets, four backpacks and two totes from COACH plus a dozen bags of marijuana and a loaded .
