The City of American Canyon, despite pressure from pro-cannabis forces that pack the City Council Chambers whenever the issue comes up, is taking its time in crafting its cannabis-related city ordinance.
"I think the council is taking the right approach to the issue," American Canyon City Councilman Mark Joseph said.
