American Canyon man arrested for threatening to blow up his house

An American Canyon man was taken into custody on Sunday for making drunken threats, Police Chief Tracey Stuart said.

At about 1 p.m. on July 23, officers responded to the 100 block of Gisela Drive following reports of a fight, she said. Officers were told that John Moore, 53, was intoxicated and had struck family members, threatened them with a knife and threatened to blow up the house, Stuart said.
