Ron Pease says he sleeps under a tarp near the Vallejo waterfront and has been, since being locked out of his residence three years ago.
One of the few respites the 55-year-old Vallejo native gets from his life on the streets is found at the#xa0;Vallejo Together Support Services Center, a small structure near the First Baptist Church on Sonoma Boulevard.
