NAPA >> A Napa man faces life in prison for molesting a child, Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley announced Tuesday.
After a week-long jury trial, on July 21, Jimmie Leonne Mallette, 68, was convicted of all charged counts by a Napa County jury, according to the announcement. Mallette was found guilty of three counts of oral copulation with a child under 10 years of age, two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child under 14 years of age, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 years of age.
