The fate of the Napa/Solano area's Berryessa Snow Mountain is very much up in the air, as Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke released a statement notifying the public that the formal comment period for national monuments under review - including Berryessa - ended on July 10.
More than 1.2 million comments were received on Regulations.
