Robert Dacquel of Vallejo said he took up running last year, and then realized that wasn't enough. He needed to be running for something.
So, the 61-year-old married father of three grown children, is collecting per-mile pledges for his upcoming marathon runs, with the funds going to benefit Vallejo's Faith Food Fridays.
