NAPA COUNTY >> The rehabilitation and repaving of Lincoln Avenue at State Route 29 in Napa requires over night closures starting Aug. 6, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) officials announces.
Caltrans is working closely with the City of Napa in this endeavor, they said.
The work is scheduled during five consecutive nights starting Aug.
