. The Mad Hatter July 4 Celebration at the Waterfront starts at 11 a.m. with a parade including giant puppets, floats, classic cars and the Vallejo Admirals baseball team traveling a mile and a quarter from Tennessee Street to the Ferry Building at the foot of Georgia Street.
