A Napa woman and her husband were charged with crimes related to a fatal hit and run last month, Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley announced today:
On July 5, the Napa County District Attorney's Office filed a felony complaint charging Hang Thuy Ha
with Hit and Run Resulting in Death, for her involvement in a June 29, crash near the intersection of Redwood Road and Solano Avenue in Napa.
