AMERICAN CANYON >> The first phase of the Napa Logistics Park project is complete, its developers announced Monday.
DivcoWest -- a 13-year-old real estate investment company -- and Orchard Partners, a diversified real estate investment and development firm, are partners on the project, which city officials expect to generate jobs and revenues.
