Vallejo felon arrested Sunday with loaded, stolen gun in his car

A Vallejo felon was arrested Sunday after police found a loaded, stolen gun in his car, Vallejo Police Department Lt. Herman Robinson said.

Officers contacted Kevin DeCarlo, 20, of Vallejo in the 800 block of Eastwood Street at abut 10 p.m., because he was parked facing the wrong way and more than 18 inches from the curb, he said.
