AMERICAN CANYON >> The completion of another part of the Vine Trail in American Canyon was dedicated earlier this week, with a ribbon cutting attended by several local and regional big wigs.
"We had quite a dignitaries list including Congressman Mike Thompson, Assembly Member Bill Dodd and staff from State Senator Lois Wolk's office, in addition to the Mayor, Vice Mayor Joan Bennett and Council Member Mark Joseph," Parks and Recreation Department Director Creighton Wright said.
