AMERICAN CANYON >> The West Coast craves its chocolate, and the Barry Callebaut company is obliging by investing another $20 million to expand its American Canyon facility, creating an unknown number of new jobs, company officials announced.
The company finished a first wave of expansion in March, officials said.
