A Vallejo man with a $25,000 warrant out for his arrest was in custody early Monday after someone spotted him and called police, Lt. Herman Robinson said.
Police responded to the 100 block of Carolina Street at about 12:45 a.m. Monday, where Ricky Petty, 55, of Vallejo was found, and officers discovered there was a $25,000 warrant for his arrest out of Solano County Superior Court on assault with a deadly weapon charge, Robinson said.
