NAPA >> Napa County Health and Human Services Agency is getting $11.3 million over the next five years -- $2.26 million per year -- as part of a state grant targeting chronic homeless and those at risk of homelessness, county officials announced Monday.
"This grant represents a dramatic investment in the services that are crucial to community efforts to end chronic homelessness," agency director Howard Himes said.
