Mario Saucedo says he looks forward every early November and the annual visit from the loved ones he's lost. Tradition says the dead come to join the living during the annual Dia De Los Muertos festival.
A Dia De Los Muertos -- Day of the Dead -- event is planned for Saturday afternoon in downtown Vallejo.
