NAPA >> Vine Transit and the Napa Valley Transportation Authority are celebrating the holiday season by trading free rides for food donations for the needy, agency officials announced.
Starting Friday, and running every Friday through December, Vine Transit will offer free rides to passengers who donate non-perishable food items for its FreeFridayFoodDrive.
