AMERICAN CANYON >> If city officials were hoping for a consensus among residents to make it easier to craft an ordinance regulating cannabis cultivation and sales in town, they were disappointed after this week's workshop on the issue.
Community Development Director Brent Cooper said positions on pot came from both ends of the opinion spectrum, from the event's 40 or so attendees.
