NAPA >> There are several ways Napa County people displaced by the North Bay fires can exercise their right to vote, Registrar of Voters John Tuteur said in a news release Wednesday, spelling them out.
"Voters who lost their homes in the October 2017 Napa Fire Complex have several ways to make sure that they receive their June 5, 2018 Primary Election vote by mail ballots," he said.
