AMERICAN CANYON >> The long-awaited Watson Ranch Project took a baby step forward with the unanimous approval Tuesday of a "Term Sheet and Project Schedule Agreement," at the City Council meeting.
The agreement between the City of American Canyon, American Canyon I, LLC and the Newell Family allows for the continued analysis and processing of the project, once called the Town Center.
